Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of handmade nail polish, all sales are final and items are nonrefundable and nonreturnable. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as Boldfish Polish is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Color preference or differences in how a polish appears on you are not considered a reason for return or refund. Returns or refunds are only considered in cases involving an issue with the order itself, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item.

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or there is another issue with your order, please reach out and I'll do my best to make it right.

Swatch & Color Disclaimer

Swatch photos are intended to provide a general representation of each polish, but the way a color appears can vary depending on lighting, camera settings, skin tone and the screen you’re viewing it on. Certain finishes, shimmers, and flakes can also reflect light differently at different angles, which can affect how the overall color appears.

I do my best to provide accurate swatches and include a variety of skin tones, angles, and lighting when possible. However, because of these factors, the polish you receive may not look exactly the same on you as it does in a swatch photo or on social media.

Boldfish Polish is handmade in small batches, so there may also be slight variations between batches.
